Perlo worked closely with architects and engineers to develop a first-of-its-kind slab that was reinforced with a steel fiber concrete mix. Additionally, the project includes constructing a 1,000,000-gallon stormwater detention vault and public improvements along the site. The final product features 32′ of clear height, 34 loading docks with large bay areas, and four office spaces.
