The 44,000 SF tenant improvement featured 12 primary distilling tanks with a combined capacity of nearly 50,000 gallons, an automated bottling line, cold storage, a dedicated botanical storeroom, and 32,000 SF of racking storage. This required a new slopped slab for drainage, new footings for the tanks, and power to all the equipment. Additionally, we added lines for glycol, CO2, water, and wastewater to support their manufacturing. The team also installed a separate exhaust and unique fire protection system in order to meet local requirements for exhausting flammable vapors.
