Striving for LEED certification, this project is home to three speculative tilt-up industrial buildings with corresponding tenant improvements. Features included more than 1 million cubic yards of excavation work, new utility tie-ins, public street improvements, a soil nail shotcrete retaining wall, large water retention ponds, and several EV charging stations.
