The new concrete tilt-up warehouse featured two 42,000 SF canopies and 12 high speed roll-up doors for van loading usage, a concrete loading dock with 14 dock positions outfitted with pit levelers, and overhead doors. Due to extensive public roadway work, the team worked closely to mitigate city and county permitting and planning delays. They were in constant contact with the local jurisdictions, and developed a comprehensive sequencing plan to keep moving on a tight schedule.
