Senior Staff Accountant
The Senior Staff Accountant plays an integral role in supporting the essential accounting functions which are crucial to the financial function of the company.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in construction, construction accounting, or general accounting. Degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field preferred.
Payroll Specialist
The Payroll Specialist supports the Payroll Department by processing union payroll and assisting with related payroll functions. This role is responsible for weekly union payroll processing, employee onboarding documentation, garnishments, subsistence payments, union reporting, and maintaining payroll-related employee records. The Payroll Specialist serves as backup to non-union payroll processing and assists with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
Education & Experience
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school or one to four years of in-house payroll experience including Union agreements and multi-state.
Estimators

Estimators are responsible for completing construction project budgets when provided with varying level of details regarding the project, as well as assembling proposals and detailed estimates for a variety of construction projects.

Superintendents

Superintendents coordinate all on-site construction activities required to successfully complete the project safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest level of quality. This includes supervising all trade and field personnel.
