Director of Corporate Risk Management
As a lawyer with over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Kimberly is responsible for risk management along with contract and insurance administration. In addition, she is our legal liaison. Kimberly was appointed by Gov. Kate Brown to a two-year term on the Workers’ Compensation Management-Labor Advisory Committee in June of 2016. She is also a past member and past chairwoman of the Construction Contractors Board and a board member of the Oregon Columbia Chapter of Associated General Contractors and serves on the AGC SAIF Workers Compensation Committee and the AGC Labor Negotiations Committee. Kimberly graduated from Willamette University College of Law in Salem with a Juris Doctorate degree.
Director of Finance
As Perlo’s Director of Finance, Chuck is a certified public account with more than 15 years of accounting experience. In his role, he oversees the accounting department and financial reporting for Perlo. Chuck is licensed in Oregon and Washington and is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washington State University in Vancouver.
VP of Preconstruction Services
Chris joined Perlo in 1993 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Chief Estimator in 2006, then to Director of Preconstruction Services in 2014, and most recently to Vice President of Preconstruction Services in 2019. In his position, Chris is responsible for all company activities and services prior to the start of construction. Chris has experience with almost every type of project in a wide array of industries. His keen and extensive knowledge of building costs ensures accurate budgets that clients can rely on. Chris graduated from Oregon State University in 1991 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Construction Engineering Management and Business Administration.
VP of Construction Services
Devin joined the Perlo team in 1997 as a Project Manager. He was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2006, then to Director of Construction Management in 2014, and most recently to Vice President of Construction Management in 2019. As a VP, Devin’s role has expanded to overseeing the entire project management team. His close oversight ensures all processes and client experiences are consistent, laying the groundwork for high quality projects and on-time delivery. Devin graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Senior VP of Operations
Chris began his career at Perlo as a Project Manager and over the years has overseen more than 85 projects which span over 5 million square feet and are valued at over $500 million, including some of the company’s largest and most complex jobs. Recently, Chris was promoted to Senior VP of Operations due to his deep experience in commercial construction in virtually every market sector combined with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs. Chris has mentored 20+ project managers in the early stages of their construction careers - one of the many ways Chris truly represents what the company stands for. Chris graduated from Oregon State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
Jeff joined Perlo with 22 years of experience in the construction industry. His previous West Coast projects encompassed a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, high tech, public works, higher education, and tenant improvements, spanning over 3 million square feet and over $1B in valuation. Jeff holds a LEED accreditation as well as bachelor's degrees from Washington State University in Business Administration and Construction Management.
