Building A covers 85,500 square feet and 30 foot clear height and Building B spans 378,000 square feet with a 32 foot clear height. The project required a three-phase rolling surcharge to get the site ready. Extensive excavation to work around and with existing utility locations and other site hazards was carefully planned. In addition, the existing pond on site was expanded for mitigation and to include two new native turtle habitats.
