The interior was completely demolished, new windows were cut in to brighten the space, and new service drive canopies and customer entry points were added. The project included a combination of new construction materials, and matching original ornamental features such as textured exterior walls, re-building the original ornamental fence pillars, and getting creative repairing out of plumb walls and floors that had settled over the decades.
