Perlo completed this tenant improvement at Charlie’s existing 100,000 SF warehouse to create a more efficient freezer/cooler facility.

This project included building multiple 34-degree coolers in the dock area, a 54-degree cooler, a minus 10-degree freezer, a dry goods area and a fruit ripening room. Insulated ceiling and wall panels were installed throughout the facility as well as a Freon 407A refrigeration system, high-speed overhead doors, and an Early Suppression Fast Response fire protection system. The area outside the warehouse was also enhanced with a paved parking lot addition.

Perlo also provided the client with documentation to apply for and receive Energy Trust tax credits.
