This tilt-up building is divided up into two parts with 45,000 SF dedicated to the chemical storage company Composites One, known as the largest distributor of composite materials in North America. The space has a hazard certification of H3 because of the various types of specialized chemicals they store on site. This designation came with specific construction requirements such as recessing the entire concrete slab and fireproofing the structure. With only 5,000 SF of office space, the rest is dedicated to chemical storage and distribution to their clients all across the nation. The remaining 27,000 SF of the building is reserved for a future tenant.
