This two-story, tilt-up concrete building is LEED Silver-certified and built to resist earthquakes, blasts, and progressive collapse. It features a brick and glass curtain wall façade that includes three day-surgery operating rooms, two hospital-level G.I. suites, 15 specialty clinics, a lab, a sterile processing unit, a pharmacy, and MRI and CT scan machines. The front entrance is framed by a memorial fountain and healing garden. A roomy front lobby with a fireplace and plenty of natural light offers an inviting atmosphere for those waiting to receive care. Other awards for this project include the “Excellence in Concrete” Award in the tilt-up category for Oregon and Southwest Washington projects.
