This ground-up concrete tilt project features a striking exterior paint pattern and a two-story office space, conference rooms, restrooms, storage, and a coffee bar. The facility includes warehouse restrooms with showers, and a specialty platform designed to support their glass furnace. The new furnace needed huge quantities of air and ventilation with each portion of the manufacturing equipment was perfectly placed around it.
