Great Circle Recovery
This 8,650 SF renovation for Great Circle Recovery added detox and primary care services with overnight patient rooms, a catering kitchen, pharmacy, and exterior deck.
  • Location: Salem, Oregon
  • Architect: Anderson Dabrowski Architects
  • Owner: Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde

Perlo partnered with the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde to modernize the second floor of their Salem facility, creating a detox and primary care clinic with overnight patient accommodations. The renovation transformed a former law office into a healthcare space featuring new flooring, walls, paint, a catering kitchen, pharmacy, and an exterior deck. Additional upgrades included a full-building fire sprinkler system, generator installation, and renovation of a first-floor bathroom.

The team overcame significant challenges, including changing occupancy classifications and working within an active clinic during off-hours to maintain security and minimize disruptions. This modernization enhances Great Circle Recovery’s ability to provide critical healthcare services in a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
