This speculative project was the largest industrial warehouse built in Portland in at least five years when it was completed in 2015. Featuring 32-foot-clear height and ample bay depths, the warehouse offers 104 loading docks with roll-up doors. The paved parking lot accommodates 63 semi-trailers and features a 60-foot concrete truck apron. The two-story wall of windows along with reveals in the concrete exterior create an inviting entrance and attractive facade. We outfitted the entire facility with LED lights for energy efficiency.

This energy-efficient 492,000-square-foot, tilt-up concrete distribution center sits on a 28-acre site in the Columbia Corridor. Featuring a two-story wall of windows, the building brings in plenty of light into office areas.
