This project added a much needed refreshment to a complex originally built in the late 1980s. With a new pedestrian-only focus, the retail center now features accent cladding, modern paint colors, a new LED lighting. The plaza floor is comprised of concrete pavers with three steel oval benches topped in iron wood. The steel flat roof structure is offset by an underside of cedar tongue-and-groove soffits. Greenscreen panels attached to one side of the building add interest to the facade.
