A blackened steel custom staircase leads to a mezzanine where clients can view the expanded printing facility, which stretches across 113,000 square feet and houses more than 160 pieces of press equipment. Executive offices feature exposed wood for flexibility in decorating and the spacious conference room opens up to an original wood beam ceiling. An attached patio surrounded by trees and shrubs provides an outdoor entertaining area.
This tenant improvement project allowed the company to consolidate two facilities to increase efficiency and communication. The build-out entailed extensive seismic upgrades as well as a newly insulated roofing system. We coordinated all elements of the build-out to ensure minimal down time for the printing presses.
