Project Shakespeare

Coined “Project Shakespeare” by developer, Trammell Crow Company and the preconstruction team, Columbia Distributing’s new 530,000 SF warehouse on a 42-acre site is the largest warehouse in Canby and one of the largest in the Portland metro region.

Allowing Columbia Distributing to consolidate it’s three locations in NW Portland into one place, construction of this project consists of a concrete tilt-up shell with steel joists, and metal deck with a TPO membrane roof. Included in the facility is approximately 17,000 SF of class A office space build-out with warehouse improvements consists of 46 dock pit leveler truck bays, parking for 91 truck trailers and space for an additional 56 future dock truck bays. Also included is a 53,000 SF cooler inside of the warehouse.
