Work was completed in phases to allow critical care operations to continue throughout the project. The interior work included installing new LVT flooring, fresh paint, updated light fixtures, a redesigned nurses’ station, and a new storefront for the amenity space. Additionally, space was renovated to create a specialty care room with new plumbing fixtures, a patient life, and new case work. Exterior upgrades included adding a new patio roof with stone-wrapped columns, refreshed landscaping, a water feature, and a wind-protected shelter.
