Completed in less than one year, the project includes a robotic fulfillment area that required a 75/75 FF/FL (floor flatness/floor levelness), a backup generator, and more. Extensive coordination took place to manage materials delays and extended rain events as well as owner-provided equipment and systems installations.

This 270,000 ground-up, concrete tilt-up building in Hillsboro, Oregon, included high-tech fulfillment systems, unique fire alarm and fire sprinkler components, a fully racked warehouse as well as office space with breakrooms, conference rooms, restrooms and more.
