Completed on 50-acres along I-5 in Washington, this project consisted of the ground-up construction of a speculative warehouse space utilizing concrete tilt-up panels. Features include open web joists and metal deck roof systems, 36-feet of clear height throughout the warehouse, as well as ROW improvements. Preparing the site required extensive wetland mitigation.
