Salem Medically Assisted Treatment Clinic
Full renovation of a 6,000 SF treatment clinic for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde.
  • Location: Salem, Oregon
  • Architect: PKA Architects
  • Owner: Confederated Tribes of Grande Ronde

The Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinic remained occupied and functional throughout construction and included exam rooms, reception, childcare, and counseling rooms. Perlo provided soft demolition of the interior, installed new flooring and paint, and added new interior walls in addition to a new pharmacy space. Making this space secure was of high importance, so we installed a new extensive security system, paying special attention to the pharmacy and entrance/exit. Additional work included reconfigured zoning for the mechanical system utilizing existing rooftop units.
