Sewell Corporate Park, a landmark development in Hillsboro’s technology corridor featuring two LEED Silver-certified buildings totaling 388,000 SF, along with 148,750 SF of tenant improvements for OEG and Thermo Fisher.

Beyond the core structures, Perlo delivered extensive civil improvements along Sewell Avenue, 273rd Avenue, and Evergreen Road, including a new traffic signal and a robust pavement system designed to withstand heavy truck traffic. The project also incorporated a large underground stormwater management system, 1.25 miles of PGE infrastructure, and 0.5 miles of franchise utilities—all while coordinating with multiple jurisdictions and agencies.

Despite challenges such as delayed permitting, FAA restrictions, and complex environmental requirements, the Perlo team successfully managed logistics, safety, and sequencing to keep the project on schedule and on budget. Sewell Corporate Park sets a new standard for industrial development in the region, combining sustainability, functionality, and strategic location.
