This project included building new office areas, conference rooms, and break spaces, as well as installing restrooms and a janitor’s closet. A dedicated welding area was created with walls for separation and a smoke eater system for safety, while a massive crane was mounted overhead to support operations. Site improvements were extensive, including removal of train tracks, regrading the north end to resolve water intrusion issues, and installing two new overhead doors. Additional upgrades included new electrical service, fencing, painting, and reroofing.
