This tilt-up concrete project features large skylights and an instant motion-sensor LED lighting system as well as a covered entry with a glass and perforated metal panel windscreen. The remaining exterior is enhanced by blue and light gray accent panels that match the corporate colors. The 10,000-square-foot office area includes a secured entry, conference room, large break room, fitness room, restrooms, and locker rooms. The warehouse features a mezzanine for additional storage, 32-foot-clear height and 115 dock positions. An upgraded air exchange system maintains a year-round temperature of 65 degrees.
