Attractive, custom woodwork accents the interior and exterior of the new corporate headquarters for Touchmark, a company that serves assisted living and skilled nursing communities. A two-story, glass curtain wall frames the entrance and the 21-foot ceilings in the lobby lend an open, airy feeling. Decorative window awnings enhance the building’s brick façade. Other features include open workspaces, an industrial ceiling with MEP components, atriums in the kitchen and break room, a workout room with fitness equipment, a bike-share and storage room, and a private outdoor patio. Energy efficient amenities include a high-tech heating and cooling system as well as an energy-saving digital lighting system.
A 22,000-square-foot, Class A office building renovation that earned the Transformation Award in the International Interior Design Association-Oregon Chapter 2016 awards competition.
