Built for a CBD production tenant, the building’s interior was demolished to create a second-level mezzanine, additional office spaces, conference rooms, and a manufacturing space with clean rooms and a warehouse. This project featured a hazardous materials storage room, complete with a corrosion resistant coating (CRC) to protect flooring from chemicals, a concrete curb, and steel barriers for chemical storage. Considerable HVAC and mechanical work were also required to promote proper ventilation and air movement throughout the building.
Located in Hillsboro, Oregon, this project consisted of a 22,000 SF tenant improvement in an existing office and warehouse space.
