The main office of this tenant improvement featured a large mezzanine built with cross-laminated timber bearing on glu-lam beams and timber posts. All were fabricated in panels to provide structure for the floor as well as the exposed ceiling of the floor below. To create a more rustic feel, ductwork, electrical conduit, and sprinklers were left exposed. Other improvements included new LED lighting with egress power backed up by an inverter, as well as dock equipment and data/power for distribution needs.
Tenant improvement build-out of a 155,000-square-foot facility that includes three office spaces and a warehouse.
