Close-Out

One of our Perlo Practices is to “finish strong.” This practice comes into full play at the end of every project we do. Although construction is coming to an end, the life of a new building is just beginning.

This handing-over-the-keys moment is critical. To make sure you have a full understanding of your building, we will start the close-out process at least a month before construction ends. From walking you through the building to make sure you know all of the ins and outs, to a full operation and maintenance package including warranties, maintenance manuals, overviews of equipment, subcontractor contacts, and other important information about your building, we cover all the bases.

All projects done by Perlo come with a 12 month warranty. A month before your warranty expires, our team will meet with you on site to make sure everything is working as it should be. And if there’s a problem, rest assured that we will get it fixed.
