One of our Perlo Practices is to “finish strong.” This practice comes into full play at the end of every project we do. Although construction is coming to an end, the life of a new building is just beginning.
This handing-over-the-keys moment is critical. To make sure you have a full understanding of your building, we’ll start the close-out process a month before construction ends. We’ll walk you through the building to make sure you know all of the ins and outs. We’ll put together a full “how to” package on a thumb drive that includes all documentation including warranties, maintenance manuals, overviews of equipment, subcontractor contacts, and other important information about your building.
All projects done by Perlo come with a yearlong warranty. A month before your warranty expires, we’ll meet with you on site to make sure everything is working as it should be. And if there’s a problem, we’ll get it fixed.
