Completing over 100 projects per year, our SPG team has experience with a multitude of project types and sizes including minor repairs, quick turn tenant improvements, those with extended preconstruction periods and multiple phases, or off-hours work. With availability 24 hours a day, our team responds rapidly when emergencies occur.

Recent projects

Block 10
The Block 10 tenant improvement was built in conjunction with another contractor that was performing the core and shell work. Perlo worked cooperatively to achieve simultaneous Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and final Certificate of Occupancy with the core and shell.
The build-out included high-end finishes, turf ceilings, wood ceilings, custom steel/wood/glass railings, prefabricated Falk built walls, doors and ceilings. Additionally, high-end casework with quartz countertops and high-end appliances were installed throughout
Nuna Baby
Nuna’s new two-story office and warehouse brings their brand to life with beauty and practicality. Every detail was thoughtfully selected from top to bottom including the high-end white marble and gold furnishings, modern tilework in the restrooms, custom color ceiling tiles with matching lights, wood features covering the walls, a top-of-the-line fitness area and an electric vehicle charging station.
In addition, the new space has a robust server room on raised access flooring with a cooling system and Novec clean agent fire protection, and a forklift charging station with epoxy coating and guardrails.


Concordia St. Paul Nursing School
Concordia’s new and improved learning environment for local nursing school includes an 18,000 square foot expansion.
The original space spanned 6,000 square feet with the new tenant improvement adding an additional 18,000 square feet. The school is now complete with open study areas, private testing rooms, a clinical skills lab and simulation rooms where future healthcare workers will practice their craft under the close watch of instructors in nearby viewing rooms. As virtual learning was a key need for Concordia, the space was outfitted to allow for online learning as well.
