This LEED Silver-certified concrete tilt-up warehouse and office was the first project Perlo completed for Dragonberry Produce. The office has wood-framed interior walls, two staircases, and engineered wood I-joists and plywood in the second-floor structure. The warehouse features include two drive-in refrigerators. Perlo also completed Dragonberry’s campus expansion.
